Men·tor·ship (noun)
The guidance provided by an experienced person in a company or educational institution.
A mentor may share with a mentee information about his/her own career path, as well as provide guidance, motivation, emotional support, and role modeling. A mentor may help with exploring careers, setting goals, developing contacts, and identifying resources.
There are many aviation professionals who donate their time to mentor and there are also mentorship programs. "Mentorship Programs" can be somewhat confusing as some of these programs are simply connecting a mentor with a mentee (listed below - FlightAlly and WCA).
The other type of Mentorship Programs are more comprehensive packages, offering well-beyond mentoring. These programs are tuition based and typically include online training, one-on-one career coaching and mentoring, peer/group support, and more.
Therefore, if you are seeking a more robust training and mentoring combined program, you will find these vendors listed on the VENDOR DIRECTORY page (CAREER & PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT section) and they are also included on the HOW TO BECOME A CFA page in the CAREER COACHING, PREPAREDNESS & ENHANCEMENT section.
The following two organizations provide COMPLIMENTARY mentorship programs:
COMPLIMENTARY for Corporate Flight Attendants and Flight Technicians. You simply complete the online application and they will match you with a mentor best suited for you.
Women in Corporate Aviation offers their mentorship program to all WCA members. Membership is highly encourage and is a very nominal annual fee. (and yes, men are encouraged to become members as well!)

Over the years, I have mentored and coached numerous corporate flight attendants (and pilots). It’s truly one of the most rewarding services I provide. As you can see in my bio, I have vast experience in this industry (not only as a corporate flight attendant). However, I would not be where I am today without receiving an unexpected introduction to business aviation and being mentored myself.
If you are interested in becoming a corporate flight attendant and are either transitioning from the commercial airlines, the yachting industry, or the Air Force -or- you have no previous aviation experience ... Start Here on this page.
