Good crew resource management (CRM) is vital to the safety and efficiency of business aviation operations. This session will explore the importance of effective communication on the flight deck. Attendees will learn about and practice the art of asking good questions and being a good listener to get the information they need. At the end of the session, participants will understand the importance of good CRM to safe flight operations, and have tools to communicate more effectively in flight.
