Be sure to have your business cards ready! There is truly no excuse not to have professional business cards when attending any networking event. Bring at least 100 business cards - it's better to have extra, than to run out. Mobile business card apps are also popular.
If job seeking - you should bring only 3-5 printed resumes MAXIMUM with you. Most convention and conference recipients prefer to receive your resume by email or electronically. These can easily be misplaced and lost.

Plan your schedule to make the most of your expereince. Use the NBAA App!
Day 1 (Tuesday) is the busiest day of the three days. EVERYONE IS ON THE FLOOR!
Day 2 (Wednesday) is still busy but often more manageable for meetings and networking - recommended to plan to attend the Aircraft Connection at Henderson Airport.
Day 3 (Thursday) is often the quiestest day and many attendees leave early. Exhibitors are eager for visitors. If planning on attending the Aircraft Connection - please note it is closed thursday!
Wear practical shoes that are proper attire AND comfortable! Never hurts to bring some bandaids with you too!
